Just to meet the needs of all women, Terry has thought of creating a small "pocket" workout routine to be carried out anywhere, even in the bathroom, during the work break or in the morning before leaving home.The time needed to carry out these simple and effective exercises is very little and no tools are needed, not even a mat, but the results will not be long in coming.
