In this society where unfortunately everything is now far from living according to the parameters of "normality" we often pay the price of a certainly better quality of life but surrounded and conditioned by too high production rates, unnerving chaos and important moments of our growth in which we are forced to stressful daily sessions at school, when our real interest would actually be the discovery of the outside world through play and movement.
As a result of these situations and conditions we almost always find ourselves confronted with that subtle disease called stress, which often weakens us leaving us without energy reserves.
In such conditions the body slowly becomes so tired and unnatural that we often get to the point of treating it and considering it as if it were a bag for objects in which to take our brain for a walk.
Finding the way to awareness and understanding that we are also and above all a body with its own vegetative system to be made well in which different pure energy flows, would probably lead us to reach a different and more balanced "mind-body" harmony, which we could exploit. at best in every situation and daily condition, preparing over time with greater determination for the outside world full of energy and action, thus finally taking complete and true awareness of us as a living organism with all the physiological processes that we often ignore, neglect and consider little important.
Even in the sports field, the perception of the body and its potential remains an essential and fundamental goal for achieving one's goals and must be acquired and improved day after day through a targeted and thoughtful mental approach to self-conditioning mechanisms.
In practical terms, all this would allow, in the case of sports use, to increase all the energy levels of the body over time, subsequently reducing recovery times and neuro-muscular stress dictated by training.
It is therefore important to be able with one's will to influence the sensations of the body in every situation by modifying them through the ability to condition the mind to improve the control of emotions and self-suggestion.
We could therefore realistically propose to obtain some important results in the graph of our performance, using correctly the methods and the potential of the now well-known autogenic training (training = training, autogenic = self-generating).
With this excellent method of relaxation and self-conditioning, through constancy, perseverance and continuous exercise, we will be able in a short time to obtain those much hoped-for psycho-physical improvements.
Over time, in fact, a significant change in some natural mechanisms of control of the mind and body that we all have will positively affect:
The deep and rapid recovery of energy
The control of physical stress and emotions
Improvement of concentration and memory
The decrease in the perception of pain
Greater self-awareness
The reduction of some psychosomatic symptoms
Through the long and constructive path in the practice of autogenic training, it will therefore be possible to achieve over time the ability to know and psychically control one's body, thus highlighting more and more what will best adapt to the personal needs of each moment.
At this point you just have to assume a position of total relaxation, begin the exercise with a few good deep breaths, imagining to breathe in calm and energy and to remove all the daily fatigue and tension.
... So ..... I consciously breathe in calm and energy .... and I breathe out tiredness and tension ....
