The advice OK
For the realization of this cake we used a paper mold in the shape of a dove. Those who do not have the mold, could still use a simple pan with a diameter of 26 cm.- In the meantime, prepare the colomba couverture: melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie with the cooking cream.
- When the colomba has cooled, pour the chocolate cream covering the surface perfectly. Decorate as desired with white chocolate curls and dark chocolate sprinkles.
Alice's comment - PersonalCooker
Fast yes, but always impressive. This is therefore the Easter chocolate colomba, in its ultra-fast variant. If you want, you can also enrich the colomba with an additional chocolate filling, for a mouth-watering result.Nutritional values and Health Comment on the recipe
