This 10-minute circuit focuses only on the legs and glutes. The exercises must be carried out using a weight, which however must be low to allow the correct execution of the movements and allow us to finish the circuit tired, but not exhausted. Thanks to these 10 minutes of exercises for the legs and buttocks we will be able to firm up the affected muscle groups and increase resistance. The exercises of this circuit can be done anywhere. The number of repetitions is intended for each side.
