Some women, when performing exercises to tone the glute, often feel too much work on the hamstring and little on the glute. This sequence of exercises to be performed with the anklets and the step will allow you to work in a targeted way only on the buttock, without feeling the muscular work in the quadriceps femoris. Warm up for a few minutes before starting your workout.

- 10 exercises (1 round)
- 30 "work 10" break between exercises
- From a 40 "to a 60" break between rounds
- Perform 3/4 rounds every other day.
