Thanks to the combined action of different movements and inducing the body almost to the limit of fatigue, it is possible to accelerate metabolism and improve muscle tone by increasing calorie consumption. The level of difficulty is recommended for those who are already well trained. At the end it is recommended to do at least a few minutes of stretching.
