Obtaining a correct physical shape has numerous benefits both from a physical and a mental point of view. This workout will burn you a lot of calories and tone all the muscles in your body. The best way to get results is not to train for hours, but to combine intense and short cardio intervals with specific exercises for the muscles, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and diet. The complete circuit (or round) consists of 6 exercises to be repeated 4 times every other day. It is recommended to perform a few minutes of initial warm-up.
