This variable weight fitness machine is capable of improving muscle strength and exposure, and firming the body. The medicine ball is also used to do motor rehabilitation exercises.It is recommended that you use a load suitable for your training level. The proposed sequence of exercises, in addition to improving the tone, strength and muscle definition of the upper body, allows to maintain bone mass (for potentially osteoporotic subjects) and to burn fat mass. Perform a short initial warm-up. Training suitable for both men and women.
