With summer just around the corner, the desire to get fit is rekindled. The first rule is to combine physical exercise with a healthy and correct diet. The video proposes 10 exercises that involve all the muscles of the body, useful for improving the "physical appearance and tone the whole body. Perform 3/4 rounds every other day. Before starting the exercise sequence, warm up for a few minutes.
