Workout difficulty
Very easy
In this workout, some examples of plyometric exercises are proposed that can be performed even in small environments. The plyometric fitness workout (or jump training) is based on the principle of increasing the measurement / distance of execution and is structured with explosive movements (eg jumps at various distances or heights). Ultimately, it is a training technique capable of maximizing the muscles in the shortest possible time, useful for improving reactive, elastic and explosive strength. In this video, only a few repetitions of each exercise are shown; it is recommended to perform about 10/12 repetitions at maximum speed or the maximum number in a time of 15/20 seconds.
