Combined Dumbbell Curl Execution With High Arm Raise:
- Stand up straight and keep your elbows slightly flexed
- Hold two dumbbells in your hands
- Bring the dumbbells to your sides and keep your palms facing forward with your elbows slightly flexed
- Flex your elbows and bring the dumbbells towards your shoulders
- Raise the dumbbells above your head by rotating your wrists until your palms are brought forward with your arms straight
- Return with your elbows to your hips and repeat.
- Fully extend your elbows
- Raise your arms slightly above your head.
