Execution of the abductor with elastic in the supine position:
- Place the two openings of the elastic at the top of your foot and try to create enough tension in the elastic
- Lie on your back, raise your legs up, keep your knee slightly bent and spread your legs until the elastic is tensioned
- Without decreasing the elastic tension, spread your legs further
- Stay a few seconds and bring your legs together a little without decreasing the elastic tension too much
- Stay a few more seconds and still spread your legs as far as possible.
- Push your legs forward
- Keep the elastic slightly pulled.
