Execution of the Bent Dumbbell Row:
- Place two dumbbells between your feet
- Bend your knees and push your buttocks back as far as you can
- Hold the dumbbells while keeping your back still and pull them towards your torso pointing your elbows as high as possible
- Without moving your torso and legs, slowly bring the dumbbells back down between your feet, controlling the movement well
- Move your back during the movement
- Open your elbows outward during the pull phase.
