Push up with fitball:

1. Place your shins on the ball and your palms (firmly) on the ground with your wrists aligned with your shoulders
2. Slowly go down with your whole body towards the floor trying to never touch the floor
3. Return to the starting position by keeping your balls steady all the time.

• Place the fitball too far in front or too far back
• Move the pelvis and the fitball during the Push up.
