- Place your shins on the ball and your palms (firmly) on the ground with your wrists aligned with your shoulders
- Slowly go down with your whole body towards the floor trying to never touch the floor
- Return to the starting position by keeping your balls steady all the time.
- Place the fitball too far in front or too far back
- Move the pelvis and the fitball during the Push up.
