Performing the dumbbell pullover on a flat bench:
- Lie on your back on the flat bench
- Depending on the natural curvature of your back, fix your feet on the ground or on the bench with your knees bent
- Place both hands under the internal dumbbell disc and stretch your arms out in front of you
- Keep your arms straight and lower the dumbbell over your head; push it as low as possible with respect to your head
- Return to the starting position and keep your arms always extended.
- Arch your back as you lower the dumbbell over your head
- Bend the elbows
- Bring the dumbbell too far in front of your face.
