Performing the incline bench press triceps extensions with dumbbells:
- Grab a dumbbell in each hand and lie on your back on the bench
- Bring your arms and dumbbells up, slowly bend your elbows, bring them in line with your shoulders and lower the dumbbells behind your head.
- Stay a few seconds
- Slowly stretch your elbows and bring the dumbbells upwards.
- Advance with the elbows while extending the arm.
