Performing one-arm push-ups with a medicine ball:
- Take a push-up position, keep one hand on the medicine ball, try to stabilize the medicine ball as much as possible and be careful not to put too much weight on the wrists
- Keeping the medicine ball still, slowly flex your arms and return to the starting position while controlling the movement
- Without losing the push-up position, quickly move the medicine ball under the other hand and repeat.
- Move your back
- Don't control the medicine ball by straining your elbows.
