Performing Front Lunges with Combined Dumbbells:
- Stand up straight, hold two dumbbells and bring them close to your shoulders
- Bring your arms straight over your head, extend your right leg, and drop forward while also lowering the right dumbbell bringing it close to your right shoulder. Look ahead and try to keep your back straight
- Return to the starting position and reverse the movement.
- Push the knee over the forefoot
- Move your back during the side lunge.
