Performing dumbbell presses on a flat bench:
- Lie on your back on a flat bench and hold two dumbbells
- Bend the elbows and bring the dumbbells to chest level keeping the wrists in line with the elbow which is lower than the bench
- Push the dumbbells up until your arms are straight and always keep the dumbbells in line with your chest
- Bring the dumbbells back towards your chest with your elbows always open.
- Do not keep your wrist in line with your elbow when starting
- Bring the dumbbells while pushing up above your head.
