Performing the adductor elongation:
- Take up an upright position, keep your feet well apart from each other and outwards
- Lower yourself towards the floor, bring your elbows to your thighs while maintaining the axis of the vertebrae column
- Without moving your elbows, force your arms and open your thighs until you reach the adductor elongation
- Maintain the position from 20 'to 30' approximately.
