Performing French Press Seated Barbell Presses:
- Sit on the edge of a bench or chair, hold the barbell with your hands tighter than your shoulders
- Bring the barbell over your head with your arms straight
- Slowly bend your elbows and bring the barbell behind your neck being careful not to push your elbows down
- Stay a few seconds and then slowly return to the starting position.
- Open your elbows as you go up and down the bar
- Bring the elbows too far forward or too low.
