This training program, to be carried out at home with the help of two bottles of water (or two dumbbells) and a chair, allows you to work all your muscles.
To obtain maximum results, it is advisable to gradually increase the loads as the sessions follow one another. Also try the complete workout with two bottles of water, once again proposed by our Gabriella.

Lateral step up, 4 sets of 8 reps per leg
Seated side elevation, 4 sets of 12 repetitions
Seated triple crush, 4 sets of 10 reps
