These quick and effective exercises will allow you to get marble glutes and a strong back; the only tool needed to achieve this is the Fitball, an air-filled PVC ball with a variable diameter and circumference (available in all sporting goods stores). The Fitball will also allow you to improve your posture and strengthen the muscles of the back and buttocks. It is recommended that you warm up for a few minutes before starting your workout. Recommended workout for men and women who practice daily fitness activities.
