Ingrediants
For the ice cream mousse
- 400 g of banana pulp (about 4)
- Untreated lemon juice
- 100-150 ml of milk
- Optional: 1 or 2 tablespoons of honey
For decoration
- 1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa

Preparation
- Peel the bananas and cut them into slices. Arrange the banana slices on a tray, well spaced, and place in the freezer.
- After two hours, remove the bananas from the freezer and combine them in the glass of a blender. Add the juice of half a lemon and the milk. If you like, add one or two tablespoons of honey. Blend everything until you get a mousse.

Milk is useful for giving creaminess. Any type of milk or vegetable drink can be used.
