Alice's comment - PersonalCooker
One of the main rules to keep our body in perfect health is to hydrate it adequately by taking a couple of liters of water a day. Many people do not take liquids during the day because they believe that water is not important and that it has no taste: with flavored water it will be easier to ensure the body has the correct hydration it needs.Nutritional values and Health Comment on the recipe
