Preparation
- In a bowl, sift the white flour and rice flour.
- Add the water slowly, continuing to mix with the whisk to avoid the formation of lumps.
- Now add the oil and salt.

- Very warm a pan, adding a drop of oil (if necessary).

- Cook the crepes for 3-4 minutes, turning it over on both sides. To blow up the crepe, it is advisable to wait for the crust to form on the first side.
- When cooked, place the crepe on a plate and cover with cling film to prevent it from drying out.
- The rice crepes are ready to be stuffed to taste.
