Performing the High Leg Crunch with Toe Touch and Straight Up Arm Stretch:
- Lie on your back, stretch your arms and legs upwards keeping your knees slightly bent
- Lift your shoulders and, balancing your body, bring your hands towards your toes
- Return with your shoulders and head raised but stay with your arms and legs up
- Raise your shoulder blades and try to reach out with your hands to the ceiling.
- Stress the neck by holding the head too far back and out of control
- Move your legs as your hands reach out to the feet.
