Performing the close grip Jm press with triceps barbell:
- Hold a barbell in your hands with a very narrow grip (between one hand and the other there must be a width of about 8 cm)
- Lie on your back on the bench, keep your feet on the ground and keep your elbows close to your body
- Slowly lower the barbell under your chest
- The barbell should remain within a few centimeters of the body
- Stay a few seconds and raise the bar until your arms are extended (try to keep the bar always in the same position during the descent and ascent).
- Move the barbell
- Open the elbows during the descent.
