Performing the close grip Jm press with triceps barbell:

1. Hold a barbell in your hands with a very narrow grip (between one hand and the other there must be a width of about 8 cm)
2. Lie on your back on the bench, keep your feet on the ground and keep your elbows close to your body
3. Slowly lower the barbell under your chest
4. The barbell should remain within a few centimeters of the body
5. Stay a few seconds and raise the bar until your arms are extended (try to keep the bar always in the same position during the descent and ascent).

• Move the barbell
• Open the elbows during the descent.
