Performing the Spiderman pushups:
- Get into a Push up position trying to keep your arms well extended and more open than shoulder width apart
- Bend your arms and slowly come down without touching the floor
- As you descend, bend one knee by turning it outwards and try to bring it as far forward as you can in the direction of the elbow
- Return to Push up position and repeat on the opposite side
- Excessive rotation of the back when opening the knee abroad
- Touch the ground with the knee.
