Execution of the Open-Close Leg Plank:
- Take a plank position with your hands on the ground and keep your legs together
- Create a straight line between the head and feet
- Open as far as you can, on one side, first one leg and then the other, until it forms a V
- Close your legs again and return to the starting position.
- Arch your back.
