Very easy

Performing "hip adduction" on one side:

1. Lie on your side, keep the upper leg straight with the heel in line with the hip and the lower leg on the ground with the knee slightly bent
2. Lift your upper leg as high as you can
3. Repeat for both the right and left legs.

• Push the leg forward during the lifting movement.
