Execution
of the Abs with semi-seated scissoring:
- Take a semi-sitting position, keep your legs slightly bent with your heels on the ground and bring your elbows to rest on the floor
- Keep the back of your hands under the natural arch of your back and your elbows in line with your shoulders
- Raise your legs which remain almost straight and bring one foot above and in front of the other, then open your legs and reverse the foot.
- Put too much weight on your elbows
- Push your chest forward until your back is arched.
