Walk back and forth:
- Get upright, keep your heels more open than your hips and your toes slightly open outwards
- Bend your legs and lower your buttocks towards the floor with your back straight
- Take a step forward first with one foot then with the other and then come back by always stepping back first with one foot then with the other.
- Arching or bending your back.
