Performing the Jack Knife twist:
- Get into a semi-sitting position and hold onto the sides of the bench for extra support
- Keep your knees bent and keep your ankles lower than your knees
- Raise your pelvis towards your chest and rotate your knees to one side until your lower legs are parallel to the floor
- Return to the starting position and alternate sides.
- Move your back and carry as you rotate your knees to the sides.
