Execution of the Abs boat:
- Sit down with your torso and legs straight, and open your arms horizontally to the floor
- Hold the position for a few seconds and stabilize the body and the affected muscles as much as possible
- Bend your knees and hug them, then bring your hands in front of your knees
- Take your hands off your knees as you bring your torso back and your legs forward which remain suspended from the floor.
- Touch the ground with your head, shoulders and heels
- Assume a position that is too relaxed to prevent the correct execution of the movement.
