Performing the Dip on the ground with the opening and closing of the legs:
- Sit down and put your hands behind you. Place your heels on the ground and keep your legs together with your palms flat on the floor
- Lift your buttocks, keep your arms straight and come down to the floor by bending your elbows; be careful not to open the elbows outwards
- Push up and return to the starting position
- Maintain the tension and make an opening first with the right leg then with the left one; then return to bring the knees together and repeat from the beginning.
- Open your elbows as you descend to the floor.
