- 60 ml of milk
- 60 g (1 medium) of eggs
- 25 g of bitter cocoa
- Half a teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of corn oil

- 100 g of strawberry jam

Preparation
- In a bowl, sift the white flour together with the bitter cocoa; add the sugar and baking powder. Mix the powders thoroughly.
- In the center, combine the egg with the corn oil and milk.
- Mix thoroughly until you get a thick batter.
- Oil a glass bowl with a diameter of 14 cm with a brush and distribute the mixture.
