Execution of the Curl in concentration:
- Take a dumbbell in your right hand and sit on a bench or chair
- Place your right elbow on the inside of the thigh and keep your arm and wrist straight
- Flex your arm, slowly raise the dumbbell towards your shoulder, stay a few seconds and extend your arm very slowly.
- Perform flexion and extension fast and without control
- Move your wrist.
