Performing Kettlebell Crosses on a flat bench:
- Lie on your back on the flat bench
- Keep your back straight and hold the dumbbells
- Extend your arms straight up and place the dumbbells close together over your chest
- Lower and open your arms to the sides while keeping your elbow slightly flexed and lower than the bench.
- Extend the elbows when opening to the sides of the arms
- Drop too low with your arms.
