Performing the gunslinger Step crunch:
- Lie with your back on the step
- Keep your feet on the floor, your chin facing your chest and your arms extended forward and upwards
- Squeeze your abs, shrug your shoulders keep your arms straight with your hands crossed, index fingers pointing towards the ceiling and imagine sinking your fingers into it
- Stay a few seconds and slowly return to the starting position.
- Bring your arms parallel to the floor as you raise your shoulders.
