Performing the Step jump mountain climber:
- Take a push up position, keep your arms straight, hands resting on the step and create a straight line from head to toe
- With a jump, alternately push your toes back and forth bringing your knees towards your chest.
- Lift your buttocks too much when moving your feet back and forth
- Arch your back.
