Execution of Leg Strikes in the prone position:
- Lie on the ground in a prone position, keep your head relaxed, rest your forehead on the back of your hands or directly on the ground
- Straighten your legs back and do plantar flexion
- Squeeze your buttocks, lift your thighs off the floor and slender them by scissoring upwards alternately
- While performing the exercise, keep your legs straight while your toes do not touch the floor.
- Flex your head behind
- Arch your back.
