Performing leg and arm raises with fitball:
- Lie down with your stomach on top of the fitball and keep your head in a comfortable position; the toes touch the floor and the hands rest either with the fingertips or with the palms on the ground
- Contract the muscles and stabilize the fitball
- Raise your right arm and left leg and stay for a few seconds; return to the starting position and reverse the movement.
- Keep the ball too far forward or too far back
- Raise the head high during the raising of the limbs.
