Performing the DIP with bench and fitball:
- Place a bench horizontally behind you
- Place a fitball in front of you
- Place your hands on the back bench, the heels of your feet on the fitball and stay in suspension with your arms outstretched
- With straight legs with your elbows bending backwards, lower your body and, having reached the maximum joint opening of the shoulders, push and restore the initial position.
- Flex your elbows outward
- Excess with the articular excursion of the shoulders risking an injury.
