Performing the Jumping jack ninja push up:
- In a standing position, keep your feet together, your legs straight and your arms at your sides
- Raise your arms above your head and with a jump open your legs
- With another jump, push your knees up and touch them with your hands on the fly
- Extend your hands in front of your feet and, without touching your knees on the ground, bring yourself into a push-up position
- Bend your elbows down and slowly return to the starting position without touching the ground with your body.
- Arch your back in the push-up phase.
- Jumping out of control.
