Performing Kettlebell Presses on Fitballs:
- Lie with your back on top of the ball, hold two kettlebells, and keep your feet more open than your hips
- Stabilize the fitball and push the kettlebells upwards
- Bend your elbows and bring the two kettlebells to chest level; keep your wrist in line with the elbow which is lower than the fitball
- Push the kettlebells up until your arms are straight
- Return the kettlebells to your chest.
- Do not keep your wrist in line with your elbow when starting
- Bring the dumbbells while pushing up above your head
- Keep your legs too wide apart.
