Execution of the Side Leg Opening standing in place with the disc in the hands:
- Stand up straight, keep your feet in line with your hips, grab a disc in your hands and bring it to your chest
- Keep your right leg straight, the disc still in your hands, contract your abs as much as possible and lift your left knee towards your chest
- Straighten your left leg and open it to the same side; bring it up
- Repeat on the opposite side.
- Arch your back
- Rotate the hips while opening the leg.
