Performing the Arnold Press with Dumbbells:
- Sit on the bench
- Keep your feet unloaded on the floor and hold the dumbbells in your hands
- Keep your palms turned towards your body; elbows are tight
- Bring the dumbbells approximately in front of your chin
- At the same time, lower the elbows towards the hips and open them at the sides and at the top, until they are in line with the shoulders
- Push your arms overhead until they are fully extended
- Reverse all movement until you return to the starting position.

- Slightly open the elbows during the upward ascent of the arms.
