Performing the Unloading Leg Crunch on the Bench:

1. Place a bench or chair in front of you, lie on your back on the ground, put your hands behind your head, keep your elbows wide open and your back still
2. Bring your legs onto the bench while keeping your pelvis firm on the ground
3. Slowly, lift your shoulders off the floor and be careful not to push the dress down towards your chest; the head stays still.

• Push the chin towards the chest
• Close the elbows.
