Performing the Unloading Leg Crunch on the Bench:
- Place a bench or chair in front of you, lie on your back on the ground, put your hands behind your head, keep your elbows wide open and your back still
- Bring your legs onto the bench while keeping your pelvis firm on the ground
- Slowly, lift your shoulders off the floor and be careful not to push the dress down towards your chest; the head stays still.
- Push the chin towards the chest
- Close the elbows.
