Performing the Lateral Leg Flexion in the Supine Position:
- Lie on your back
- Lift one leg high and keep it as straight as possible
- Control the descent and lower your leg to your opposite side; keep your upper back firm to the floor
- Slowly rise upwards and repeat the execution from the beginning with the opposite leg.
- Raise the upper back as the leg descends.
